You may perhaps have heard the woman in California who had casually stuck a lottery ticket in the console of her car and forgotten all about it....
...until someone saw her daughter in a surveillance film....
...that showed her buying the winning $23 million dollar ticket....
...for her mom!
It looks like the money went to the right person. The winner said, "I have maybe a dollar in my pocket, they just shut off my cable, my electric bill is $600 and my (bank) account is also overdrawn."
So...?
