Some marriages are made in heaven.
Some are made....?
"A groom on his honeymoon got into a drunken argument with his bride aboard a flight from Atlanta to Costa Rica, forcing the Delta Air Lines aircraft to make an emergency landing on Grand Cayman island on Sunday night, authorities said."
What do you think the chances are of this one lasting?
By the way, reading this may help you to make up your mind:
"The bride remained aboard for the flight to San Jose, Costa Rica."
Maybe some marriage counseling???? :-)
For the sake of its other passengers, airlines should adopt a policy that, upon boarding the aircraft, newlyweds shall be issued a parachute... just one.
Thanks, Mike!! I needed a laugh! :-)
I just did a followup on this.
As you know the Bride went on to Costa Rica while the Groom (Michael Foret, 33, of Louisiana, not named before) stayed in the Cayman Islands.
He got a lawyer and paid a $600 for forcing Delta Air Lines to make an emergency landing.
It was not announced whether or not Foret went on to Costa Rica or back to the States. Nor do we know whether the Bride has stayed in Costa Rica, or where she is headed.
Anybody taking bets?
