Go to MSNBC news and read about the school district in Rhode Island that is firing all the teachers at an underperforming school.
Maybe Payson should think about this.

I don't know, are they?
I had one grandkid that graduated from here and didn't know her multiplication tables except for ones and nines. Said that was all that was required. Needed a calculator to figure 6% sales tax.
No she is no dummy.
