Why are the Future Farmers of America from the high school cleaning private property at the corner of 87 and 260 during school hours? Mon. April 22.
Is the school or FFA class getting paid for this?
One time Boy Scouts cleaned it. I believe that was arranged by the town.
Isn't it privately owned or owned by the town? Have a landscaper do it and put a lien on the property.
If it is to teach FFA how to do yard work, there is plenty could be done at the high school or help some elderly or ill people with thier yards. Not a commercial bldg. that is vacant.
Yes, I know about FFA. Three kids were in it. Two went to National Convention in Kansas City and came home with awards. The other one was Arizona State Farmer one year. FFA is one of the best things for a student. My opinion. (:
