How has the private investors already closed the deal on the Forest Service Land? The law has always been the land had to be advertised and sold to the highest bidder or traded for private land inside the Forest Service boundries. Enviromental assessements, apprasials and all kinds of things done. What is happening to all our laws, regulations and honest out front dealings?

Hi, Mrs. Randall, Private investors did not purchase Forest Service land. They contracted to purchased private land adjacent to the Forest Service land pending ASU's commitment to come to Payson.
