Shouldn't make statements and quote times when working with any kind of govt. agency when you can't deliver.
Why did the town buy all the pipe until everything had been approved, signed, sealed and contracts in their hands?
Since they have the pipe why are they paying rent to store it? They have town yards where it could be stored if they would clean all the crap, garbage and privately owned vehicles, old tractors and what ever else out of them. They are beginning to look like the Door Stop yard did when it was sold.
Send any Chiricahua frogs and Mexican spotted owls back to Mexico.
What happened to ASU and the 500 million dollar donations to build it?
Now the headlines are Forest Service Inaction May Have Doomed Solar Project.
Then we have investors and are going to cover the event center. Beginning to sound like they want to cover the whole 36 acres.
Who is paying for all the 'conferance' calls Evans is making to White House aides?
SLE a govt. agency will build the campus. What happened to the donations?
It is such a convoluted mess I don't think anyone knows what is going on at this time except maybe the investors who are sitting back waiting for thier leader to get something right to benefit them.
The longer it goes the worse it smells and I don't think it is the Forest Service, Game and fish, or SRP.
Now it is being said IF the college plans come to fruition, the Educational Alliance SLE will also build a 500 room conference hotel in partnership with a major hotel chain.
What is happening with ASU and the land that supposedly was bought out near Tyler Parkway to get it started? Seems it has all switched to something else.
But things being changed and switched to something else has been going on about the last 3 yrs. Haven't seen a shovefull of dirt turned over yet.
SO TRUE: Quote: 1) Shouldn't make statements and quote times when working with any kind of govt. agency when you can't deliver.
Yeah, really! Guess all these "experienced negotiators" had never worked with any government entity before in their illustrious careers. :D
QUOTE: 2) Why did the town buy all the pipe until everything had been approved, signed, sealed and contracts in their hands?
Guess they're using the "Michael Horton" principle. Remember when he decided that a pipeline from Star Valley to Payson was going to get built, whether he had permission or NOT?
Hey! Wait a minute! Maybe they really should hire Mike Horton to get the pipeline done!
