Phaye's Phayemuss Quickie Meal #1:
1 large can sardines
1 or 2 potatoes, chopped in small squares
1 large onion, sliced
1 can tomatoe sauce (6 oz)
2 cups cooked white rice
Boil the rice
In large frying pan add a little cooking oil, sautee sliced onion
Put in potatoes
Add tomatoe sauce
Mix all together, stirring frequently.
When cooked to desired consistency, pour over the white rice in a large dish.
Can be done in 5 minutes for under $5.00.
