Mr. Foster,
If you don't like the blog, then don't read it.
There is no one or any thing that could get me to read something I didn't like.
There are some things that are posted I know nothing about , not interested, so I skip over them.
If you know something is wrong with what is posted. Correct it.
I am sure Mr. Naughton and the editor would allow you to do that.

Mr. Fosters article
A Christmas gift worth remembering.
The first sentence is:
I must admit I'm not a big fan of the “Your Roundup'' on our newspaper's Web site.

Goldplay,
I am not trying to make points with anyone. You know that.
I think there were a lot of ways Mr. Foster could have started his article.
I don't care what he thinks of me but he was more or less slamming everyone that posts in my opinion. Lumping a group of people together as one.
I'm not a fan of a lot of things, so don't participate. So he doesn't have to read the blog. Right?
I think you make beautiful jewlery, but not my thing to do. Does that make me a bad person?
You know NASCAR and my grandsons sports are what interest me.
I hate wrestiling but if Nick is able to do it next year, more power to him. I have never seen him wrestle and probably won't.
I went to one match when one of my other grandsons was doing it, got absolutely sick to my stomach and left.
It was not at a school. It was like little league is to baseball, if that makes sense.
The fathers were terrible. Screaming at the kids, the officials, and making the kids cry. I still have nightmares about the way the kids were treated. One man slapped his son because he lost his match.
I know this doesn't happen in the schools because the parents aren't allowed on the floor, but I just don't want to watch it, and Nick understands. He doesn't like car races.
For a big surprise, I only missed about 6 games of Westwood HS football games in 8 years when my kids were in school. None of them played but my best friend's three sons did. Two of them were honor roll students and one was accepted to West Point.
If my post about Mr. Foster offends anyone. Sorry.

Goldplay,
I was not trying to be confrontational, I was stating an opinion.
If you don't like something whether it be food, reading material a brand of car or anything else, don't eat it, read it or buy it,
There are posts put on here that I pay no attention to after the first paragraph, I either don't have a clue what they are talking about or am not interested.
Believe it, I am not the only one to put negative things on here.
Some people can't or won't because of business, jobs, or family.
I don't have a business nor job and my family and friends take me as I am, so I am very fortunate.
There are some that try to bait me into saying something to get me kicked off.
I lived a long time before I ever saw a computer and would probably make it with out the blog, if Mr. Naughton feels I should be removed.
