    Casey OBrien just said on the radio “enrollment was up this year.
    There are 2700 students.”
    In the next breath said it may go down because of people moving to get work.

    Is the enrollment up because of the illegals? Same reason other people may be leaving Payson to get work? Illlegals have taken the jobs?
