I just can't seem to understand:
Why in the world would the city rely on a printer out of the area to set up the copy and layout on any ballot?
And even more amazing is the question of why in the world a proof sheet wasn't required to be read, marked up and authorized before the ballot was printed.
I thought the Town had two lawyers on staff to do this type of thing. Or maybe they don't do this type of thing ! If this is so, then perhaps the town should hire still another lawyer to check the important stuff.
