    What are you looking for, anything in particular?

    One thing I noticed 28-1206. Suspension or revocation of license; photo enforcement systems

    …the department shall not consider the violation for the purpose of determining whether the person's driver license should be suspended or revoked. ”

    Now if Photo radar is about safety why is this section in place? Why aren't these safety risk repeat offenders taken off the streets?
    If the program isn't revenue generated why is it that repeat offenders aren't stripped of their licenses?

    Maybe Payson needs photo radar to help out with the budget crunch.
    OOPS, forgot, it's a safety program.
    It just seems to be a safety program that allows repeat offenders to continue to offend :)
