Registration has opened for the Mazatzal Casino's Golf Challenge, a four-person best ball scramble to be held May 15 at the Payson Golf Course.
The cost per team will be $400 and includes a golf cart, food prizes, a no- host bar and refreshments on the course. Proceeds will benefit the Payson High School Youth Scholarship fund.
The winning team will take home $600 and the traveling first-place trophy. Team members will also each get individual trophies.
Prizes will also be awarded to the second, third and fourth-place teams, and there will be raffles for other prizes.
Anyone making a hole-in-one on holes 8 or 14 will win $25,000. There are also contests for the longest drive and closest-to-the-pin.
