A motorcyclist injured in a June 30 accident at Highway 260 and Manzanita is on the road again.
Quentin Kemp, 42, a part-time resident of the Rim country with no know address, spent nearly a month at Scottsdale Osborne Hospital and underwent several operations before being released July 23.
According to police, Kemp suffered a broken leg and several broken ribs when he was hit by a car driven by Carol Newkirk, 67, of Strawberry.
Payson Police Officer Les Barr said at the time that Newkirk did not see the westbound motorcycle when she attempted to make a left turn on to Manzanita.
After conducting an investigation, police cited Newkirk for failure to yield while making a left turn.
