Families Will Pay The Price Of Alt-Fuel Mess

I think that if the Arizona Government doesn't follow through with the alternative fuel grants, families could be hurt financially. The refund should be the full 30 percent as a lump sum, and not spread out over 10 years. A delay in payment could wipe families out.

The Legislators need to make a decision as soon as possible so families can make plans to either cancel their vehicles or get loans to pay for them. Either way may be difficult. It seems like they are trying to scare people into canceling, in order to save them from their own mistakes.

It's not the public's fault for ordering new vehicles, yet they are the ones who have to handle the burden now.
