I have lived in Payson for almost a year, and I have noticed that Payson is missing one thing a recycling center.
A recycling center would help with keeping our town garbage-free and pollution-free. (When) I was a little kid in California, I would save up my cans and bring them to the local recycling center, and they would give me the money I earned by collecting them. But here, the people living in Payson have to drive 17 miles out of their way to Rye to recycle.
I was wondering if we have future plans in Payson to have a local recycling center?
