Humans Should Eat Meat And Vegetables As Part Of A Balanced Diet

I'm writing in response to the letter from Anita Adams. I think she was completely wrong about humans eating meat.

For one, people have been eating meat for thousands of years and this new age should be no time to stop. Meat, unlike Mrs. Adams wrote, is very good for you, and the United States meat and dairy industries have not created an obsession with meat by marketing it widely.

Everybody is born to eat meat. Take a good look at a dogs teeth. They greatly resemble ours, and as you know, a dog is a carnivore. But we are not just carnivores, we are omnivores, eating meat, fruits, vegetables and grains, meaning that we should not eat meat or vegetables, but both, to balance our diets.
