Sidewalk Cracks Stop Traveler In Tracks

As I am in the process of relocating, I was in Payson this past weekend looking around. In the area referred to as the Elk Ridge subdivision, I noted that lots of the sidewalks are broken and cracked, such as normally would take place over a long period of time perhaps a quarter of a century or longer. According to the markings, L.R. Contreras Contractor, Inc., 1996, these sidewalks are only four years old.

Can you believe that? And these sidewalks surround some of Payson's more expensive and better homes. I don't know whose responsibility it is for correcting this situation, but until something is done include me out.
