Ted Welch, 93, longtime resident of Tonto Basin, Ariz., died June 1, 2000, in Payson. He was born Feb. 8, 1907, in Quincy, Ill.
Mr. Welch was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lydia Welch.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 6 at the Tonto Basin Cemetery.
