WILLIAMS CELEBRATE 50TH ANNIVERSARY

Carter “Bud” and Lorraine Williams celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 2. They met in California while Bud was in the Navy, finishing 20 years. They moved to Payson 26 years ago.
