William Jasper Jump, 86, of Tonto Basin, died Sept. 5, 2000, in Payson. He was born Jan. 1, 1914, in Jonesville, Ky. Mr. Jump was a sand blaster for a water treatment facility.
Survivors include his wife, Flora M. Jump, of Tonto Basin; one stepdaughter, Kathlene Jones of Tonto Basin; three stepsons, Encil Webster of Hampton, Vir., Marvin Jump of Chandler, Ariz., and David Jump of Snowflake, Ariz.; one sister, Carlene Dilts of Phoenix; two brothers, Rondle Jump of Columbus, Ind. and Ralph Jump of Shelton, Wash.; eight step-grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date in Covington, Ky.
Arrangements were handled by Messinger Payson Funeral Home.
