Robert Everett Kellogg, 70, of Payson died Sept. 19, 2000, in Payson. He was born May 10, 1930, in Boulder, Colo.
Mr. Kellogg was a building inspector in Janesville, Calif. from 1976 to 1994. He married Joy Terwilleger Oct. 22, 1947, in Reno, Nev.
Survivors include his wife, Joy E. Kellogg, of Payson; one son, Rod Kellogg of Janesville, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
No services are planned.
