I've written my opinions and answered the allegations of those complaining.
Now I would like to apologize to the readers for using the newspaper to argue. That was not my intent. I only wanted to defend ourselves in the Star Valley riding situation.
To Mrs. Victoria Borrell, this is the last time I will address you. I personally apologize for upsetting your lifestyle. At this time, our lives are very active and kids are noisy. I'm sorry you feel we are in your back yard, but it is forest land. Horseback riders, hikers and motorized vehicles use this area.
We are only a small fraction of the riders in the Payson area. On behalf of all of us, we will not argue the point, but work diligently to get a place designated by the national forest. Until then, we will do our best to honor the noise ordinance and welcome any alternative ideas. Thank you.
