Doris G. Henry, 69, of Payson, died March 30, 2001. She was born Dec. 19, 1931, in Phoenix. Mrs. Henry was a founder of the Crosswinds Restaurant at the Payson Airport. She was a member of the Payson Hospital Auxiliary and the Payson Pilots Association. She did crafts and toll painting.

Survivors include her husband, Richard L. Henry, of Payson; two daughters, Colleen Pointer of Phoenix and Connie Olson of Payson; three step-daughters, Donna Pyper of Salt Lake City, Utah, Cindy Auclare of Paris, France and Roxanne Ferguson of Sacramento, Calif.; 13 grandchildren, Michael Zolyniak of Fallon, Nev., Katie Wilson of Phoenix, Wendy Weinzinger and Jeannie Collins both of Payson, Robert Ferguson, Lynette Ferguson, Allison Ferguson, and Elizabeth Ferguson all of Sacramento, Calif., Carl Pyper and Richard Pyper both of Salt Lake City, Vincent Auclare, Cedric Auclare and Caroline Auclare all of France; and six great-grandchildren.

A family service will be held at a later date.
