Suspected Robber Awaits Day In Court

Suspected Valley bank robber Michael Molsberry, a Payson resident arrested in late December by local police officers bearing a federal FBI warrant, remains in custody awaiting his day in court.

"The case is still pending, and so far, no court date has been set," Ed Hall, a spokesperson for the FBI's Phoenix office, said.

Molsberry, 36, was arrested without incident Dec. 26 at his parents' Payson home. As far as investigators know, Molsberry is the suspect in only one Valley bank robbery. The FBI has not revealed the name of the bank, the date of the suspected robbery, or any other related information.
