I've always felt romantic before and after a dance. I'm 89 years old and my young wife, Betty, is only 78.
We usually go dancing every Friday night. We like to dance to fast music, but we find it's hard to keep step with a lot of the new songs. When they play some of the older songs we can hardly sit still. It's really a shame how we louse up a good boogie.
We get a lot of exercise out of dancing. It's about the only recreation that a couple of old codgers can do anymore.
Please don't outlaw our only favorite exercise.
