This is an open letter of thanks to the Payson Police Department and especially to Sgt. Tom Tieman and dispatcher Julieanne Reeves.
I want to thank Sgt. Tieman and dispatcher Reeves publicly and commend the entire Payson Police force for the very effective and professional manner in which they handled an incident-in-the-making during rodeo weekend.
Payson residents can rest easy we're in good hands.
