How very fitting that Payson's mayor wants to put the people last.
That attitude has long been evident in this council's pandering to developers and imported businesses.
Let the citizens drink dust and drive on crumbling streets.
Perhaps next the mayor would like letters like this banned from the newspaper for fear they cause sedition.
Ah ... democracy.
