Phoenix Man Arrested In Stolen Travel Trailer

Bryan Dillon was arrested by the Gila County Narcotics Task Force Oct. 15 for an outstanding felony drug warrant from Scottsdale. Dillon was wanted on charges of possession of dangerous drug and drug paraphernalia.

The 37-year-old suspect was arrested at a travel trailer he was living in at Jakes Corner. The trailer, according to agents, was equipped with a surveillance camera and monitored anyone coming up the driveway to the front door. Agents approached from the rear and arrested Dillon. They also discovered the 27-foot 1997 Nomad travel trailer he was living in was reported stolen from Phoenix in June.

A credit card also was recovered from the trailer, which had been used at the Payson Wal-Mart twice after being stolen from Mesa.

Agents believe Dillon was scanning checks into his computer that were stolen from mail boxes. They believe he would then clean them up and use the stolen checks.
