I think that the modified school year has improved the school year. It gives students and teachers a break from 18 weeks of straight school during the fall semester. It gives students a time to regroup and get caught up on assignments or bring up their grade.
I think it helps to reduce discipline problems because students get a break from school so they won't get restless and interrupt other students' learning time.
I am writing this to give thanks and credit to the people who have supported the modified school year.
