Helen Nation McLaughlin, 90, of Salome, Ariz. and Opheim, Mont., died April 23, 2002, in Payson. She was born May 27, 1911, in Lander, Wyo.
Mrs. McLaughlin was a rancher, businesswoman and school teacher. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Salome.
Survivors include daughters, Vanessa Johnson of Payson, Elsie Capdeville of Hawthorne, Nev. and Juanita Farrall of West Palm Beach, Fla.; sons, John Robert McLaughlin of North Glenn, Colo. and Thomas Albert McLaughlin of Boulder City, Nev.; 24 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Lane McLaughlin; son, Worden Oscar McLaughlin; five brothers and four sisters.
A memorial service will be held May 5, 2002, in Salome.
