Signing Bill Was The Correct Thing

By letting the juries decisions stand and allowing them to decide if the death penalty is warranted is the way the system should be.

The judge being able to search for aggravating circumstances should not be an issue. All the facts should be presented and allowed during the trial, no facts should be suppressed.

This ruling helps keep politics and money from being a deciding factor in these very important decisions.

Jane Hull did the correct thing by signing that bill.
