The fun and excitement of the parade was felt by an estimated 5,000 parade-goers who lined the Beeline Highway Saturday to watch the annual rodeo parade.
"I thought this was one of the most exciting parades I've ever seen. It had everything from fast cars to beautiful rodeo queens, honest-to-goodness cowboys and even camels," said Bob Ware, executive director of the Rim Country Regional Chamber of Commerce.
"The important thing to remember is that this parade helps the CASA children and all that the CASA folks do for the community."
The parade was organized by the Northern Gila County Arizona Council for CASA in cooperation with the chamber.
