Please remember the homeless animals this season.
Our animal shelter is filled with animals who need food and would love special treats.
Warm blankets, towels or rugs will make their kennels and cages warmer on our cold winter nights.
Toys and rawhide chews will ease the boredom of being confined.
Leashes and collars will allow dogs to get out for walks.
Cleaning supplies especially bleach will keep their cages and kennels clean and germ-free.
Donations of these items will free up money which is needed for medical supplies especially materials to implement our new testing procedure for cats.
Last year the generosity of animal lovers in Payson provided enough food to last through July, including feeding the fire evacuee animals. That’s a goal we’d like to achieve this year, too.
Donation centers are set up in Bashas’, Safeway, Payson Feed and Chaparral Pines Clubhouse.
It would be so easy as you’re shopping to pick up a few extra things for our homeless animals. Items can also be dropped off at the Payson Humane Society at 812 S. McLane Road.
Let’s make this a truly Merry Christmas for some very deserving animals.
