Marshall William Sandhurst, 55, of Payson, died June 24, 2002. He was born April 30, 1947 in Watseka, Ill.
Mr. Sandhurst was a veteran of the U.S. Army in the Vietnam era. He was a 25-year veteran of the aerospace industry.
Survivors include his wife, Donnita D. Harris of Payson; daughters, Misty Hollenbeck and husband, Mike, of Mesa, and Laura Sandhurst of Florida; sons, Adam Sandhurst and Chad Sandhurst, both of Mesa; stepfather, Earl Houston of Glendale, Calif.; sisters, Kathy Almeida and husband, Jeff, of Canyon Country, Calif., Bonnie Sandhurst of Glendale, Calif., Gwen Tijering and husband, Robert, of Burbank, Calif.; brother, Chuck Sandhurst and wife, Dee, of Rathdrum, Ind.; nephew, Gary Beard and wife, Barbara, of Payson; five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Otis Sandhurst and mother, Delores Joan Beard.
A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, July 6 at Star Valley Baptist Church in Star Valley.
Inurnment will be at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.
