David Jesse Buckwalter, 88, of Peoria, died July 22, 2002 in Payson. He was born Nov. 10, 1913 in Pittsfield, Mass.
Mr. Buckwalter was a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and spent the majority of his career in the copper industry in Arizona and abroad.
Survivors include his wife, Maxine Buckwalter of Peoria; son, David M. Buckwalter of Phoenix; brothers, George E. Buckwalter of Onancock, Va. and Robert C. Buckwalter of Pittsfield, Mass.; grandchildren, Ashlee, Courtney, David Jesse, Elizabeth and Darrin; great-grandchild, Kathryn.
No services will be held.
