C. Lois Anderson, 94, a resident of Payson Care Center, died June 10, 2002. She was born Jan. 7, 1908 in Littleton, Colo. and had lived in Payson since 1990.
Mrs. Anderson was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi business sorority, and a past president of her local chapter in Long Beach, Calif., as well as a past president of the Southern California Council. She was also a longtime member of the San Diego Symphony League, Chula Vista Woman's Club and the San Diego Chapter of Freedom Foundation at Valley Forge.
Survivors include sons, Charles Sands of Payson and Richard Sands of San Francisco; daughter-in-law, Sue Allen Sands of Payson; brother, Howard James and wife, Vonny, of Steamboat Springs, Colo.; sister, Eleanore Owen of Estes Park, Colo.; two granddaughters, Carole Naddeo and husband, Frank, of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Laurie Norris and husband, Andy, of Aurora, Colo.; two great-grandchildren, Andee Lee Norris and Trevor Norris, both of Aurora, Colo.
Services will be held June 20 at Estes Valley Memorial Gardens in Estes Park, Colo.
