Frank E. Seriani, 72, of Mesa, died Nov. 11, 2002.
Born in Chicago, Ill., Mr. Seriani followed in his father’s footsteps and became a cement mason. He transferred to Phoenix and eventually wound up disabled after 31 years. He moved to Payson in 1980.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and became a member of the Elks Lodge. He became an officer and in 1985 became the exalted ruler.
Mr. Seriani was a bingo caller at Mazatzal Casino for three years.
After 18 years in Payson, Mr. Seriani and his wife decided to be full-time RVers.
Mr. Seriani’s wanted a memorial service at the Elks Lodge and to have his ashes thrown over Roosevelt Lake.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16 at Payson Elks Lodge, 1206 N. Beeline Highway in Payson.
