Harold Ray Wiley, 65, of Payson, died Oct. 14, 2002.

Mr. Wiley was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather. He moved to Payson in June 1976, where he opened and ran the Montgomery Ward catalog store on Main Street for 11 years. Later, it became the JC Penney catalog store, until Mr. Wiley retired in 2001.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Louise; two children, Brenda Keyser of Augusta, Kan. and Ken Wiley of Sun Valley, Calif.; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; mother, Gladys Phelan of Medford, Ore.; two brothers and five sisters.

He was preceded in death by a son, Ray Wiley, and his father, Roy Wiley.

Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17 at Messinger Payson Funeral Home.
