Want some special treats for your tricksters? Try this toasty ghost from Rhodes or something sticky-licious like a cinnamon streusel bundt or gooey caramel roll.

Toasty Ghost

1 loaf Rhodes bread dough, thawed but still cold

1 egg, beaten

Cut loaf into three to four equal sections. Press each piece into a heel, rounded on one end and square on the other. On rounded end, slice into either side, about one and one-half inches to form arms. Pull arms out and tuck pointed ends under.

Place on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Pull bottom of ghost to one side, indent eyes and mouth with a clean pencil eraser end and brush with egg.

Let rise until double in size. Just before baking, exaggerate eye and mouth with pencil eraser. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, reinforcing eyes and mouth once after five minutes of baking.

Serve with a soup, stew or chili so those bones don't rattle as they wander the neighborhood a'haunting.

The following would be yummy way to either start or end the day.

Cinnamon Streusel Bundt

1 package Rhodes cinnamon rolls, 12

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Combine sugar and cracker crumbs. Place frozen cinnamon rolls in a bundt pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle sugar mixture over rolls. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap.

Let rise until double in size, about four to five hours at room temperature, or overnight in closed, cold oven. Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Invert immediately on serving platter. Frost with cream cheese frosting, which is included in the package of cinnamon rolls.

Gooey Caramel Rolls

1 package Rhodes cinnamon rolls, or 2 packages of Rhodes AnyTime! cinnamon rolls

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup whipping cream

1/4 cup chopped pecans

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and cream. Heat until sugar dissolves. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle pecans over top. Place cinnamon rolls on pecans and cover with sprayed plastic wrap.

Let rolls rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately invert onto serving platter. Serve warm.

If using AnyTime! rolls, remove rolls from pans. Divide caramel mixture evenly between two pans. Sprinkle pecans over top. Place cinnamon rolls on pecans. Let rise 30 minutes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately invert onto a serving platter.
