Re: Aug. 27, 2002 article on fire prevention
I called from our home the fire chief (after hearing announcement on KMOG radio) and (someone) came out, inspected not only the two lots I called about, but also our own property. (The fire department) had the owners clean and reinspected.
Also, APS sent inspector and tree trimmer.
The Payson Roundup's "Our View" deserves a hand for the reminder on citizens' safety. Maybe not everyone knows they need to call.
