Direct from the Rockin' R Ranch in Mesa, Jim and Mary Robson and family headline the Ox Bow Saloon's first dinner theater performance Friday, Sept. 6.
The Robsons offer a spectacular Western stage show featuring rollicking humor and foot-stomping cowboy standards like "Cool Water," "Ghost Riders in the Sky," and "Tumbling Tumbleweeds." The Rockin' R Ranch is a popular Valley tourist attraction that offers Western entertainment and cowboy vittles.
For its inaugural offering, the Ox Bow is serving up a cowboy feast that includes barbecue beef and chicken, baked potato with all the fixings, cowboy beans, corn on the cob and cornbread. Dinner is at 6 p.m., with the Robsons taking the stage at 7:30 p.m.
Dinner and entertainment is $19.95 for adults and $17.95 for seniors and children under 12. The popular Main Street landmark, recently declared eligible for the U.S. Register of Historic Sites, is under new ownership.
