Mabel Velma Wessels, 95, of Tonto Basin, died Sept. 3, 2002. She was born May 8, 1907 in Clarinda, Iowa.
Mrs. Wessels was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughters, Shirley Mae Sharp of Tonto Basin and Patricia Ann Adams of Salem, Ore.; son, Peter A. Wessels of Branson, Mo.; sister, Elsie Johnson of Blue Earth, Minn.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 1000 N. Easy Street in Payson, followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m.
Interment will be at Mountain Meadows Memorial Park.
Arrangements were handled by Messinger Payson Funeral Home.
