Nadine Enlund, 71, died April 22, 2003 in her Payson home. She resided in San Diego for 16 years, San Jose, Calif. for 32 years and, finally, in Payson for 10 years.
Mrs. Enlund dedicated her life as a volunteer to improve the lives of others. She was an active volunteer and leader in her daughters' parent-teacher organizations, a dedicated Girl Scout leader for 17 years, and the Payson Kiwanis Club and Payson Hospital Auxiliary for the past 10 years. She loved her time with the Tonto Travelers and Wheels Away RV groups.
She is survived by Bill, her husband of 51 years; daughters, Pam (Ron) Stout and Karen (Jerry) Boutry; grandchildren Steve, Sarah and Beth Boutry and Valerie Stout; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Enlund was preceded in death by her parents, Curt and Valborg Krueger, and her brother, Curtiss Krueger.
A "circling of wagons," a celebration of Mrs. Enlund's life, will take place at noon, Tuesday, May 29, near Black Canyon Lake.
