William P. Walker, 74, a longtime Payson resident, died Dec. 18. He was born Nov. 20, 1929, in Albany, N.Y.
He was a loving father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his son, Lance Jude Walker.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
