I disagree with Bill Michaels and Mayor Murphy.
The blame for the divisiveness is not on the doorstep of the Roundup, it's due only on the shameful conduct of the mayor -- resulting in a recall action.
To reduce the need for the present council members is an effort to erase the possibility of a unanimous recall vote.
A reduction could almost guarantee the possibility of no recall if the remaining members are Murphy's "cronies".
