Year-Long Investigation Ends In Arrest Of Four Women

Four women were arrested Thursday night, following a year-long investigation by Payson police.

A search warrant was served at a residence in the 300 block of West Bonita at about 9 p.m.

The four arrested were: Amber Rae Donahoe, 23; Sonia Gerado, 20; Tia Nottingham, 20; and Vicki Van Camp, 32. The women were all charged with possession and use of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Lt. Don Engler of the Payson Police Department.

Van Camp posted a $3,000 bond and was released from jail. Her next court date is at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8.

Donahoe, Gerado and Nottingham were all released Jan. 3 on their own recognizance and will appear in court at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21.

Van Camp is the sister of Payson Police Det. Matt Van Camp. At the request of his superiors, the detective was not involved in either the investigation, or in serving the arrest warrants, Engler said.
