I am in agreement with Ken Murphy's co-workers and friends, about the fact that one's personal life does not always affect one's ability to lead.
But, let's look beyond the ability to lead and focus upon the direction of the leading.
We can lead or be an example of either moral or immoral behavior. You decide for yourself, whether you would want to follow someone who portrays a moral or immoral example.
Personally, I would rather follow a moral example, someone I could respect.
If I was the mayor of a community and did not have the respect of the people I am leading, I would have to step down as mayor.
