Regarding Ricki Aiken's letter to the editor, I did not say "there were no decent servers in the Rim country." I did say there was a severe lack of good servers in Payson.
In fact I cited two places where there are decent servers and inadvertently left out Cucina Paradiso, which is a very fine establishment.
I don't judge all restaurant servers by a bad experience, I have more intelligence than that.
I judge "bad servers" by bad experiences time after time in Payson.
I know waitressing is a very difficult job, dealing with people is a very difficult job, but serving is your chosen profession so do it to the very best of your ability. You will be rewarded many times over I assure you.
