Glenn "Red" Baum died Feb. 28, 2003. He was born June 21, 1932 in Carthage, Mo.
Mr. Baum retired as a 30-year Teamster.
He and his wife owned and operated B&R Distributing from 1988 to 2001, serving the Rim country. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and bowler. He was a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; daughters, Tina (Jaime) Angel of San Antonio, Texas and Lois Lesch of Payson; sons J.D. (Lisa) Mask of Phoenix and Ed (Evelyn) Hughes of Phoenix; 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Dick (Clarine) Baum of Washington and Wayne (Louise) Baum of Texas; sisters, Barbara Baum of Washington and Beulah (Ted) Graff of Nevada; several nieces and nephews, two loving pets and countless friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 5 at the American Legion on Highway 260 in Payson.
Interment will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 8, at Rest Haven Cemetery at 59th Avenue and Northern in Phoenix.
