School Productions A Real Bargain

We hear so much about how our youth are in trouble or lacking in commitment to achieve all that they can be. Recently we attended the play, Matchmaker, at Payson High. What a delightful experience.

My kudos to Kathy and John Siler who directed the production and to all the hard working students who participated. Of special note were the two "old ladies" who entertained so delightfully between scenes with their antics, shrieks and pilfering of hats. They were hilarious.

I hope that many of the people who sit back and complain about everything in Payson will avail themselves of the next theatrical production at the Rim Country Middle School or Payson High School. These productions are a real bargain at $3.00 per person and will lift the heart and reinforce the fact that many of our youth are working very hard to become responsible members of the Payson community.
